Device Specific Troubleshooting
We are aware of users having trouble while recording on some Android phones. The issues are usually due to device settings that can interfere with Slopes receiving GPS signal, which stops us from being able to record your activity.
The reported behavior includes:
- Missing lifts and/or runs
- Nothing being recorded at all
- Inaccurate stats

As it’s not possible for us to test with every type of Android phone out there, we gathered all the information from official websites, and customer support forums.
