If you are using a Sony device and you're experiencing issues such as missing data, or nothing being recorded at all, running through the below troubleshooting steps should get things working as expected.
Exclude Slopes from Power Saving Feature
Turn Off Battery Optimization
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Go to Battery → Tap on the menu in the top right
- Tap on Battery Optimization
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on Slopes → Don't Optimize
Disable Adaptive Battery
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Go to Battery → Tap on Adaptive Battery
- Toggle Use Adaptive Battery to off
Turn Off Stamina Mode
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Go to Battery → Stamina Mode
- Turn Stamina Mode off
Exclude Slopes from Power Saving Feature
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Go to Apps & Notifications → Advanced
- Tap on Special App Access
- Go to Power Saving Feature → Slopes
- Set as Excepted
