If you are using a Vivo device and you're experiencing issues such as missing data, or nothing being recorded at all, allowing Slopes to run even during periods of high power consumption should get things working as expected.

  • Go to the System Settings app on your device
  • Tap on Battery → High Background Power Consumption
  • Find Slopes in the list of apps and enable high background battery usage
