If you are using an Oppo device and you're experiencing issues such as missing data, or nothing being recorded at all, running through the below troubleshooting steps should get things working as expected.
Turn off Battery Optimization
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Go to Battery → Screen Battery Optimization
- Select Off
Allow Slopes in Background
- Open the Settings app on your phone
- Go to App Management
- Tap on Slopes → Battery Usage
- Choose Run in Background
