Calories seem inaccurate

Keep in mind that calories estimates are very much that - estimates. Slopes doesn't have access to a heart rate sensor via your phone that tells us your heart rate and how many calories you burnt.

If you find that your calorie count appears to be significantly inaccurate, it's worth checking that your weight has been entered correctly.

Here's how to do that:

  • Go to the Account tab
  • Tap on Integrations under the Settings section
  • Tap on Your Weight and edit if needed

If you are using an Android wearable or any other device that pushes data to Google Fit or Health Connect, this fitness data can now be synced into Slopes to better account for calorie burn and heart rate in your recordings.
